The customer service was excellent, and accommodating to all of my questions. There were multiple food options, and the coffee was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The salad was fresh and filling. I only wish they had offered to heat my savory croissant.

I was satisfied with la Madeleine café because of the professionalism of the staff that delivered. I was also impressed, but surprised to see that one of the (store manager) stopped pass directly after the set up to makes sure things were okay.

I have always liked the concept. I use to go to the one in Georgetown. This location is not as good as the location in Georgetown. Has the ownership changed hands. There is a new marketing concept here.
