The store employee (Hope) is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help. The store is clean, well stocked and a pleasure to shop at. We have another WBU closer to us, but our preference is to shop this store.

I walked in and was greeted and helped by David. He answered all of my questions and we had a great chat about bee varieties as well as bird feeders/feed and how to squirrel proof your feeders. He was so friendly and so professional. It was clear that not only knew what he was talking about but that he really enjoyed his job and the products he sold there. Thank you!

Tried a different brand of bird food one time but will not do it again, no mess bleedgreat product other brand seeded all over place wont even use other brand and will put in garbage instead of feeding it to birds No mess blend only brand i will use

I went to pay for my purchase, oops: no credit cards or phone with me!!! Jackson looked up my sister's phone number on file and called her so I could talk with her. Yeah Jackson, he was able to connect with her-got her credit card @ and I was able to make my purchase instead of driving 25 minutes back to my house and then back to the store for my purchase. Thank you, Jackson and Dave. My day was saved ! Only problem, now I owe my sister and she added nesting balls to my order for herself!!! I love it.
