I never give anything a 100% rating. I like your store but don’t know that many bird people in my acquaintances

Readily accepted return merchandise and assisted in getting a better product.

I misread the question, I was very satisfied and Joy was most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! She even helped me take merchandise to my car! Store at 29th and Regal, Spokane, Wa!

Computer was down and I had to help employees figure out what to pay and what tax to pay. Wasn't their fault. I'm an accountant, so no problem. :-)

It was not a very friendly way to buy birdseed. The door locked, had to call on the phone. It took a while to make the transaction. Another lady was looking in the window and wanted to go in, but I told her she couldn't as the business was locked due to Covid. She left in a huff. Next time I'll go back to Pet Vittles unless I can walk in.

I bought a children’s book at this location. The MSRP on the back of the book cover was $16.99. On the inside of the front book cover the WBU price tag was $21.99. That is $5.00 MORE than list price on a $16.99 book! I let it go because I like to shop locally and support small businesses but this was ridiculous. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

When I went into the store, there was one sales woman helping a customer. David the owner came out from the back. I expected him to help me. He did not. I figured he was busy with something in the back as he left and returned a few times. Then another woman came into the store. She walked right past me and David waited on her. The saleswoman then waited on me. She thanked me for waiting. I said something to her about David helping the other customer before me. I love your store. This was not a pleasant experience.
