Highly satisfied means to me, no room for improvement. I don't believe anyone is that perfect, we can always do better!

Everything was perfect, although I thought price was a bit high compared with other vendors. However, I was willing to pay for the convenience.

I think I wanted a different seed (a bit more mixed/variety) but got a 20 pound bag of seed that is pretty much all the same. it's o.k. and I will use it but when I can come in and look at the choices I think I'll get something different.

The squirrel-proof feeder that I purchased is amazing. The whole “I-can’t-touch-another-human-because-humans-are-dangerous-now” is just bizarre behavior. The sales associate came back and forth to the shop door FIVE times to complete my transaction, all the while I was standing awkwardly outside on the sidewalk. It would have been more simple to just let me come inside and do my business. The flu has a 99% recovery rate, for crying out loud!

My description of what I wanted to buy was so limited, I was not able to explain I wanted Sunflower chips, which I did not find in the list of products available. I bought something else, which ended up being delivered in the wrong size, for which I had to make a call to have straightened out.

I have a brain injury so it's difficult for me to communicate sometimes. Pictures of birds in our area would be helpful so I could point to them... I get overwhelmed easily. The prices are high, but the quality is supreme so well worth saving my pennies up to buy the next item.

Great stuff (your buyers must love their jobs) and creative ideas. You're pretty pricey. I can buy bigger bags for much less money but much farther away, and you're right near me, so I'll bet the rent is high. Thanks.
