I am new to Spokane but shopped WBU in Cincinnati before moving. Since I'm starting again, & was joining the bird club, it would have been nice to know about a big sale in a week before buying everything. It's not a huge thing, but I probably would have waited to buy my big bag of seed.

I think the prices are pretty high. I have yet to see if the seed is good quality.

The guy on the phone was very nice but bought some bark butter pellets and suet blocks and it's not drawing in any different birds except the chickadee.

I wish I could shop in the store, I would buy more with more choices. I'm not good at online but glad to have the option because of covid.

The young man who sold me the bird seed insisted that the seed we were getting was not what I had selected. I went along with him but when I got home I double checked and while there isn't a lot of differece between the two, I was right and he sold us the wrong mixture.

I wanted a bird feeder that would work in the winter, this weather. The birds have yet to give it a go... it's been up since I bought it. I'm still hoping.

I thought I should have received some bird bucks and asked. The clerk asked the manager and he told me I was $9.00 away from receiving some bird bucks...I wish he could have told me that double points would be offered the very next weekend, if he had I would have been highly satisfied.

I never give an "A" right out of the gate. A customer needs to be "delighted" by an aspect of service or sale. I'm waiting to be "delighted".
