good quality products, helpful staff and great location

The products are good, but costly.

It would be better customer service if clerks recognized the customer. I have been purchasing from this store since it opened and probably go in once a month for purchases. Still, I am asked what my name is every time I make a purchase. There are many places to buy seed that is less expensive. I love the store but would be nice to be appreciated for supporting it by being known.

I found what I was shopping for and got the service I expect. High satisfied was for unexpected service or merchendice

Birds do not like the fiery mix or fiery bark butter

One seed product I was looking for is backordered, but the staff were so helpful and I was able to find everything else I was looking for and in reference to what I have purchased in the past, which was a nice touch

Didn’t have the “backyard birds” poster in stock

They were out off Safflower seeds. They had other options though and everything else we were looking for.

Simply that the “no mess blends” were out of stock… but the sales clerk offered to call when they came in, however my birthday coupon would be expired before that time.

I was overall satisfied with everything about the store.No need for any improvements.
