It would be better customer service if clerks recognized the customer. I have been purchasing from this store since it opened and probably go in once a month for purchases. Still, I am asked what my name is every time I make a purchase. There are many places to buy seed that is less expensive. I love the store but would be nice to be appreciated for supporting it by being known.

One seed product I was looking for is backordered, but the staff were so helpful and I was able to find everything else I was looking for and in reference to what I have purchased in the past, which was a nice touch

Simply that the “no mess blends” were out of stock… but the sales clerk offered to call when they came in, however my birthday coupon would be expired before that time.
