Staff was not overbearing, but when I needed help, they were right there to give me an answer. The sales associates were very knowledgeable and helped me to find what I needed.

It was an amazing experience! The store was just beautiful and very well organized. I learned things I had never heard of before, and the diversity of product was exceptional without being over whelming. The staff was absolutely the best, and I will only get my bird supplies there from now on. I bought the bird seed and the birds love it, and there is no waste, within the last few days I have had to get my bird book out to name some new birds. I am thrilled at the discovery of this store and grateful for the genuine caring of our feathered friends that permeates the store and its products, not to mention the wonderful staff!

Always great customer service. Friendly staff who great you as soon as you walk in. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, but don't hover. I love that! Extra bonus of a free taste test of the bird themed candy during checkout.

From the time I walked into the store, I was happily greeted and assisted by staff, who appear to know a lot about birds. I really appreciated their suggestions for feeding and taking the time to explain about the members program.

Very helpful, knew what I was looking for. Within 15 min, birds I mean a large number found my feeder. I told her in wanted to attract chickadees and Goldfinch. Got both makes me smile

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the store. So far though, the birds have not come around to try the new seed. I don't know if it's because they don't like it, or what ???

Limited waste with the birdseed that we buy. Staff are very knowledgeable about products.
