I always feel welcomed when I shop at WBU. The staff are really awesome!

I am always greeted by a friendly staff member and asked whether I need help finding an item. Usually I know what I'm looking for, but I appreciate attentive sales personnel who I can consult if I have a question. It's refreshing to see people who don't have their faces buried deep in their phones and actually don't mind having eye-to-eye contact with you. Hope is one of my favorite people at your store, but honestly, I can't think of anyone I've dealt with who hasn't been nice and helpful. Obviously, you're doing something right!

The staff at this location is so knowledgeable, no matter how matter questions I ask when I'm there. They are friendly, helpful which makes them a group of wonderful people.
