One item wasn’t available and Jackson called to let me know, then he went on to make recommendations for a replacement. He was also very sympathetic when I told him about the death of a favorite quail. Lots of people wouldn’t understand mourning a wild bird, but Jackson did and I really appreciated it!! Thanks!!

The quality and variety of seed and other products is unmatched here in Spokane. The service is fast, efficient, and friendly. When I realized the delivery was short a bag of seed, I left a voice mail and within a couple of hours the missing bag was on my porch. That's great service!
