WBU had the item I wanted. Spoke to the Spokane store manager and he said it was in stock and was very helpful about completing the purchase online, which could be a bit more straightforward. Item was ready when I got there. Curbside pickup was easy.

I stopped by on a whim because I was at Trader Joe's. I typically shop at the WBL in Coeur d'Alene, however this shopping experience was so pleasant and easy that I will be shopping at your location in Spokane from now on. Thank you! I really appreciate the curbside pickup option during COVID.

Ordered on-line Tuesday and the order was delivered the next day. Didn't expect such a quick turn around! Received phone message regarding my shipment to call with any questions. Great customer service!!

I ordered 4 - 20# bags of birdseed mid-morning online. They were delivered to me that same afternoon around 4:30. YAY!

Prior to COVID 19 I had several very good experiences purchasing seed and bird feeders in the store. Since the pandemic I have had delivery at least three times and have been very happy with each experience. My birds are happy with you too.

The No Mess DP mix has attracted many, many more birds to our feeder than the old mix we used. I loved the ease of ordering online and having the bag loaded into my trunk. I never had to leave the car!
