Staff is knowledgable, friendly, helpful to meet the birding needs. The products are quality and eye pleasing. I look forward to being able to pursue the store...someday! Until then, I love the webinars.

The staff at Spokane WBU are very friendly and a joy to talk to about our bird experience. When I had an issue with a particular squirrel or even a hawk they were able to give great advice. I’ve notice that I’ve had more birds this year compared to prior years because I’ve completely change strictly to only WBU food. I would have to say I enjoy WBU because of the staff! They have been such a joy to work with.
