I first visited Wild Birds at the store but since COVID I have used the delivery service. Ordering over the phone has been easy and pleasant. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The delivery service has been great and prompt. I have had more birds this year than ever before and it's lovely to watch them. We use all organic and natural products on our yard and so not only do they frequent the Mountain Ash tree but also run around in the grass and bushes as well. They've taken over! Autumn took my order by phone and had it ready when I arrived to pick it up. She was very cheerful and friendly despite the hazardous smoke and Covid 19 restrictions.

I have so many goldfinches in my backyard that love the birdseed that I put out for them- and the nuthatches, mountain chickadees, and flickers. I am anxiously awaiting the day you open your doors back up for in-person shopping. (I need a platform feeder...). Anyway, love this store.

Customer service is absolutely wonderful when its so hard to find decent customer service. My local store people are the best! Knowledgeable, friendly, and will even have a conversation with you. Makes me feel like an appreciated customer instead of just a body. They will never get rid of me!!!

Called in my order at about 1:50 PM for pickup in about 10 minutes. Your emplyee was ready with my order when I drove up a little before 2 PM.

Our birds love the no mess birdseed. We have tried other birdseed and there is quite a bit of waste so we will be ordering from you from now on. The delivery was quicker than anticipated especially since I placed the online order on a holiday. The seed was delivered the next afternoon. I am pleased with your service. Thank you. The only thing that I miss is not having all of the gift options available (such as earrings) online for purchase.

The owners of this location are the nicest people as well as their employees. The store is immaculate - it couldn’t be any better.
