The young man who helped me was super knowledgeable and very helpful. He took the time to ask questions and make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. It was my first visit to the store and there is no question I will be returning. I’ve already told two people about my awesome experience. I don’t remember the young mans name but he was working last Saturday 3/13 at the store on 29th on the Spokane South Hill. Please let his supervisor know him much I appreciated his help 😀

The overall experience was fun, informative and provided the information we needed to make an informed purchase. We were specifically looking for a feeder that is easy to clean and maintain and we're presented with several appropriate options. We also found a solution for robins that appeared in the garden earlier this month.

First time going in and everyone was so friendly and welcomed me to feel free to look around 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂😌

I had an issue with a gift card that was quickly fixed. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The experience was very pleasant. I had not wanted to come in to a store, however, the Covid protocols were the best I have experienced & I felt safe.

The staff person I talked to was knowledgeable about the products I wanted. I am very pleased that free delivery is offered.

They are always very helpful and knowledgeable.I continue to use and recommend them as we all make our way through this covid pandemic

The store is enjoyable and pleasant to shop in, and we have become more interested in our "outdoor pets" in part from the store's existence.
