As a new birder, it's so nice to get supplies and friendly knowledge from this store. Every person that has helped me has been kind and enthusiastic.

I spoke over the phone with an employee at the store to figure out the best food for our needs and he was friendly and knowledgable. The purchase and pick up were smooth and easy and the products are always first rate.

Excellent knowledge and customer service. The Spokane Wild Birds Unlimited store is 200 miles away from my home, but the Wild Birds Unlimited store where I live has horrible customer service. You can't even get them to answer their phone. I choose to do business with Wild Birds Unlimited in Spokane because they are so much better than my local Wild Birds Unlimited store.

I LOVE WBU!!!!! The staff is friendly and helpful. I always send my students there to find the items that I bring to the classroom! This time there weren't as many of the little stuffed birds that sing as we needed. But I will continue to come there every spring to pick up little things that celebrate spring for the classroom!! Thank you for all you do!!

Convenient location, friendly sales staff

Due to an injury I was not able to carry my usual large bag of birdseed. The owner put the bird seed into smaller bags for me and helped me carry the birdseed to my car. The smaller bags were also helpful at home.

The owner and employees go out of their way to help my family out. Top notch service! I have recommended a number of my friends to shop there. They especially like the Fiery Feast food to help with the squirrels in their yard.
