This store has everything I need to feed my quail and birds. No need to make several stops to find everything.

The salesperson was knowelagable and friendly.

The staff know their product. Got some information an article about the barred owl v the spotted owl. And I usually have bird questions and it is fun to meet bird people I haven't met yet.

The informative staff suggested a new feed to attract the goldfinches back to our feeders. Before I purchased the feeder I came in for they also suggested I bring in the feeder I dropped to replace the shattered cylinder. I was unaware that would be possible. A new feeder plus the newest selection of seed left with me and a return trip planned to repair a broken feeder.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have been coming to the store for some time now, and during the worst of Covid we had delivery to the house. Very happy with all our experiences.
