Jackson, David, and Hope are so friendly every time I visit the store. I love the products that are available, and the interesting conversation. they always have time to converse with me. They smile and appear to really enjoy their work. They remember my name and welcome me when I come in. This is why I prefer to come back to this store often....I feel welcomed and appreciated as a person. Thank you!

Received great advice on which bird seed to purchase for my new feeder. Staff were very helpful, positive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right product.

I liked all the options in food and housing you have available. Also you are close to my house. The employee I spoke to was very knowledgeable and kind and helped me arrange to be notified when an item I wanted was back in stock. I didn't know this store was at Lincoln Heights, but now that I do, I think I will come often.
