Everything from Tire America was great for pricing. More information upfront on how to obtain mail in rebates would be nice rather than the consumer to figure it out on their own.

I only had 1 tire to be changed which took 4 hrs. I have a disability and can't sit or stand for a long period of time. A 30 minute tire change took 4 hrs. I was in a lot of pain waiting for my vehicle, I was abou to cancel the service.

It took almost four hours to have my tires installed and an alignment performed. The guys at the shop were great but they were overworked. More staff is needed for the volume of business.

I called to confirm my appt after receiving an email that my tires had been delivered. They had no record of my appt and had to find my order by tire type. Thankfully they could still fit me in however when I arrived there was confusion about whether installation was included in my order - it was not. I paid for alignment but received no deal from the installer about balance/rotation/air checks and refills for the lifetime of the tires. My TPMS on 3 of 4 tires did not work afterwords with no effort to fix. My check engine light was on after servicing even after paying for an additional winter weather inspection. They said my inspection showed all was "OK" but my printout read "YELLOW" for all items - the cashier said this was only data entry and "everything was good". I had them redo the form but left feeling uneasy about the service and unsure if my car was left in safe condition to drive. Will not be purchasing again or returning to this installation location.

When I arrived there was no one there to help me. I had to call them on the phone after waiting there for approximately 10 minutes. Then I had to call several times before someone picked up the phone. When I got home I noticed they did not change the valve stems as agreed upon in the scope of work. Very disapointed overall with the quality of service.

There was no tracking info as the delivery was late and had to push back installation date consequently.

I was kept waiting for 3 hours in the waiting room without any information. The chairs were uncomfortable, too.

Tire America did not ship all 4 tires which caused my dissatisfaction. The installation site NTB communicated with me multiple times to try to keep me informed. Tire America unfortunately was the source of the issue and did not communicate at all. I had to call customer service multiple times and had to wait for Chuck to talk to his manager before getting anywhere and stated I would get a call back. This call back never happened...

The install price on tire America website for pep boys was 66$. The final price at the store was 144$. I asked them why it was so much higher, they said that's the price for the install. Also messed up my tire sensor. Now my light is constantly on and I've been back once already to have it fixed. Will have to go back again tomorrow.
