I purchased my tires based on $73 installation fees. When they were installed by the authorized installer, I was charged $102 for installation and it was not negotiable.

Took a whole week to receive the tires, and there was nothing I could do. I was promised next day delivery, and that is the only reason I bought them from you. It could have been cheeper and quicker to just buy local.

I had a 9 am appointment. The contact couldn't find the appointment initially. He asked if I was in the wrong place. Then asked what work I was in for. The car wasn't brought into the bay until 10:10 am.

When I arrived at Pep Boys for my scheduled appointment, they had no knowledge of it. The tires were there as scheduled, but the install took over 2 hours.

I was provided a charge of $106 to install mount (and then I believe discard the tires I purchased), but the cost was more by $40. But the associate took care of it when I pointed it out. Everyone was very friendly, and I received service as expected.

The appointment time that I set with your website was not communicated with Pep Boys, so I had to schedule another time. Also, the installation price was higher than quoted on your website.

Tire America customer service representative Ray Tesoriero was a pleasure to work with and immediately and professionally recognized the problem and came up with a workable solution within his power. Midas, the installer had no sense of what the problem was and was only interested in confirming his prices rather than coming up with a solution. He also kept trying to up charge services.

When a customer is given a quate of $60 before selecting to do business with you, don't change the price to $125. That's a dishonest business practice. I would've gone somewhere else if I had known they were going to double the service fee. Also when asked by the manager Peter, why I didn't want to get my vehicle aligned I felt like that was none of his business. My money is my money and I will NEVER explain to someone I do not know, why I don't want to spend my money on something. Mind your own business PETER!
