Tire America

I have no problem with Tire America. The install took four hours that’s the only problem I have with the entire transaction

The installer was overbooked. I waited more than 3hrs. Had to return after installation, because the tires were improperly inflated. I had another service done and it was also poorly done.

I had to wait longer than expected.

Confirmed tires delivered by email Saturday but the tires arrived only following Wednesday.

NTB didn't have the tires labeled with my name so there was confusion as to where my tires were. Finally resolved after I showed them my email verification that the tires had been delivered. Installation took over 2 hours which seems excessive for tires.

Tires were delivered in two orders delayed installation

The employees at Pep Boys were very míserable. I had no problem with Tire America service.

I still do not know what kind of warantee I have how many miles road hazard is there a war. do I have

well i had to drive 33 miles to location however the person that does the balancing was not working but his asst. made necessary correction to fix the issue and i have to go back but will not be charged for error on their behalf.She was very courtesy and apoligize for staff not offering a solution ahead of time.However no complaints they were great!!!!!
