Tire america experience was satisfied, dunn tire took a while to complete for just 1 tire, maybe staffing issue or some such, quality of install and people was good. just waited 2 hours for 1 tire mount and balance brought in loose not even on the car. but oh well staffing issues are everywhere cause of pandemic

There's still room for improvement... Tire America has wrong pricing on their website about the cost of installation of one of their authorize installers (Pep Boys).. It cost me almost $140 for 4 tires..compare to $98 on their website.

The quote said that the installer would charge approximately $30 for installation but it ended up costing me $44 so now I am not sure I can trust the quoted prices on your website. I'd be better off having them shipped to me and find my own installer.

They were unable to rebuild the sensors,since the kits were out of stock . I asked if they could give me 2 of the better tires to use as spares, and they gave me one that was punctured.

My order was late and instead of my tires arriving before my appointment May 7th at 9:00 am only 3 arrived after lunch time and 1 arrived today. I had to keep calling Tire America just to sit on hold and say I’ll be called back. My money was taken right away, but service was delayed with bare minimum communication. I was looking to use this tire company for my other vehicles and other family. But bad business so I have to rethink this. First time using yall and it was not good

There was nothing exceptional about the service. In addition the price I was originally being charged was not what was shown online when I chose the installation location. When I brought this to the attendants attention he told me to contact whomever gave me that info. I told him it was online and he then adjusted the price of the invoice.
