dropped off SUV, told them what I needed, they completed work, no issues. called me when it was ready to pickup.

TA had the tires in-stock when I was told they were backordered nationally. However, the transport via FedEx was a day late. This timing negated the appointment I had with Pep Boys. Pep Boys was finally able to install the tires on Friday, 2 days late (not their fault). As to Pep Boys garage; this is a working area and I do not expect it to be as clean as a home garage but they were very acceptable. Overall experience was great and would repeat it next time; although with another transporter.

The owner is very engaged in his business. He takes the time to talk with every customer. They also provide a road side warranty.

It took a little over 2 hours to get the tires on and balanced. Glad it's done but wished it was quicker.

Pep Boys experienced issues with dealership errors on the back lug nuts. They did an awesome job of letting me know and handling the situation. The tires arrived when they were supposed to. Great service! I will be ordering not only my tires but the tires for my daughter's car as well.

My tires were delivered when the Midas store was actually closed for a week due to storm damage. I contacted TireAmerica, pretty upset, but I was contacted by the Midas and all was resolved. I didn't like the TireAmerica contact telling me I should drive to the Midas to see if the tires had been dropped off out front, and if they had, to go ahead and take them since they were mine. I don't thing going on private property, regardless of my ownership is a great idea and honestly thought the suggestion was terrible.

good price- proof is in the pudding for the tires but initially all good. Installer did a fine job.
