My appointment started over 45 minutes late, and took in excess of three hours to complete. I was told multiple times it would be "another 15 minutes" before having to actually speak with the manager to get my service completed. I was just there for the tire install, and there is no excuse at all to take more than an hour for four tires, let alone three.
