Boomtown

hotel room was horrible. no refrigerator only one very dim lamp and the bath tub was disgusting tried to get maid service but nobody ever cleaned the room. the front desk clerks were extremely rude acted as though it was an imposition to even answer a question

Took forever for someone to ask us for a drink rooms were full lots of slots down

Never saw a cocktail waitress the whole time we were playing

It was ok

The food wasn't very good and not a very big choice compared to other boats

Staff was not very helpful.

I was very disappointed with Boomtown. They should change the name to "Boo" town instead. The dealers were horrible and rude, there were not many tables open, and those that were had high bet minimums and the overall atmosphere was not fun. I wish I didn't even visit and spent my money at other, nicer casinos in the area.

I don't like that ya'll took out half the table games. It also seems like the slots are not paying out like they use to. I used to only go to Boomtown to gamble but since the changes, I go to the other casinos.
