Overall, the services rendered are all great, the staff, the massage therapist, the cleanliness of the establishment, the ambiance are all top notch at Hand and Stone. The only thing that I can gripe about is the overall ease of use of the App. or even the website that books appointments. The last time I used it, it was not very user friendly. I would rather call in and schedule an appointment or schedule appointments as I'm being serviced that day. There is much more improvements that need to be made on the scheduling app.
