Dreams

We were the only customers in the shop and the manager devoted his time to us. He found out who the mattress was for and made suggestions on which mattresses to try in which price range. He made no attempt to rush us or guide us into the most expensive option. The assistant on the till was obviously still training and the manager supported with the administration.

We received very courteous and prompt assistance as soon as we entered the shop. Stephen explained the products with knowledge and friendliness. Having done that he left us free to browse and make a decision in private. The other staff in the shop were also very friendly. We now are waiting for our goods to be delivered on the due date so cannot comment further.

The assistant in store KEVIN was excellent - spent time to understand what we needed, my husband visited first, then we went to store together. Kevin remembered what he had discussed with my husband, so our second visit was quick! Visited your competitors beforehand & Kevin & the branch offered better service.

Kevin greeted us when we entered the store and allowed us to have a look round on our own before approaching us to give us advice when we needed it. His knowledge of the products was excellent and he made it clear that he wanted us to find the best product rather than him guiding us to a specific item.

The man that served us was pleasant informative but not pushy he advice gave us confidence to buy the mattress we were looking for. We found that his nice approach to helping us was genuine and we enjoyed our shopping experience knowing we hadn't been rushed or pushed into making a purchase. The gentleman us a credit to dreams.

A friendly and polite assistant helped us in a very professional manner and didn't rush us at any time.

It’s all about the people and Kevin offered the perfect customer service experience. He was welcoming, professional, patient and entertaining. I was happy to purchase my first Dreams bed and mattress with him!

The member of staff that helped me was called Kevin. I have Fibromyalgia and he went out of his way to make sure I had the most appropriate product for my condition.
