Staff seemed knowledgeable and understood our needs. We found a mattress we liked. (of course need to get it delivered and tried at home for a few nights before we can confirm it was the right choice)

Kevin was a joy to be served by. He was really helpful, and cheery.. He was patient and didn't mind me asking questions, and was happy to let me take my time. There was no pushy selling, and his personality really shone through. My mother was with me, and she even said I will go back to Kevin specifically when I buy my new bed this year. Thank you for the great service, I can't wait until my bed arrives!!

The sales assistant, Anne, in the Cheltenham store, was just the right mix of polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, such that she guided us along the process and knew when to leave us alone to think things over to arrive at the right decision for us. Once we did she was completely supportive and helpful. She put us at ease, no pressure selling and made the experience easy for us. A great asset.

Knowledgeable staff who listened to what I wanted and made good suggestions. Friendly. The store felt safe. The whole process was easy and pleasant — and we enjoyed lying on the bed and being scanned to generate suggestions for mattresses.
