Kevin assisted us extremely well whilst we were sampling the mattresses and we felt relaxed and not pressured into making a decision. The interactive mattress compatibility test was extremely helpful and narrowed our choice, which made it easier to select the suitable mattresses. On our return visit to the store to place our order Kevin was again super helpful and polite.
