Steven was great. We visited the store in Cheltenham and he helped us from start to finish. His knowledge was incredible and he made us feel very comfortable. When I bring my mum in a few weeks time I am hoping I can get Steven to help us again

Polite, friendly and took time answering questions to a professional manner. Would rather a cup of tea/coffee was offered along with a bottle of water 😁 (I understand covid times at the moment)

Knowledgeable person and no pressure selling

Staff were very helpful and attentive. We were served initially by Kevin who was very helpful. He helped us to consider a different product that suited our needs. We were also looked after by Ian too and he was also helpful. He also helped with some product knowledge that reassured our minds about the purchase.

We received excellent attention from Ian and Kevin when we visited the store, we went on the testing bed, then progressed to try out the different mattresses and received interesting and valuable help and advice while we tried things out. They were polite and respectful and accepted that we were looking for particular qualities and my wife and I were looking to compromise in order to purchase the most suitable items, as we were both looking for slightly different solutions! We were offered and given drinks, and at no time were we rushed into a decision, in fact great patience was afforded us, something that we both appreciated. We had previously purchased mattresses online from online retailers and had enough of being disappointed, so we really needed personal and expert advice, which we received from Ian and Kevin in abundance. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be an enjoyable one and we did not hesitate to place our orders. We shall visit the shop again without hesitation. We cannot praise them highly enough and would recommend anyone looking to purchase a bed or mattress to visit this store.
