In the past this location was under different managment and on numerous occasions "lost" my bussiness. Recently Calvin Cox has taken over as Manager and he has completly flipped not only the quality of service but the quality of employee too. He personally took over my car and helped tremendously.

NTB was closed but took my car anyway. It was ready the next day at 8am as promised. Fantastic!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Even though mine was a very low priced repair they still made me feel valued as a customer.

It was OK, although I had an appointment I waited almost an hour before they took my car in.

The service manager, Michael Brenner, realized that I had planned to wait for the repair to my tire and he moved me up in the queue so that I had to wait only an hour instead of an hour and a half. Furthermore, he refused to let me pay for the repair to my tire. This is the second time that I've had this experience at this NTB and my choice of NTB and this service center was the reason that I scheduled my appointment there.

The kept in contact with me during the process, explained to me what the problem was and made sure I understood it. Was able to get my car fix within a day.

I scheduled my oil change online and they did not respect the time. I had to come back 2 hrs later and leave my car for another 2 hours. usually this place is great. not this time.
