NTB-National Tire & Battery

My 18 year old son was in Tennessee for the weekend, we live 280 miles away in Indiana, and a tire blew on my van. We called the Madison, IN Big O Tire where we purchased our new tires in 10/15, and they recommended going to the NTB in Murfreesboro, TN to have it replaced under our warranty. Both locations were awesome and got the tire replaced and my son back on the road home.

It's been years since I was satisfied with the customer service at this location. I am highly satisfied with the crew that was working today.

Reasonably priced, took about an hour and a half; changed oil, rotated tires

I had been 2 another NTB location. One in the 2 tires went flat 5 times. In 6 months. They said could not find anything wrong. Aired and sent me on my way. This location replaced the tire

I visited the NTB off of Thompson lane in Murfreesboro, TN. The place stays busy, but Nick does an amazing job. He is always courteous and knowledgeable about the services offered. He is a good one, please take care of him.

I came in for a routine oil change but learned that my car may have a factory warranty issue. The mechanic consulted with me and came up with a game plan to contact the dealership for service before the car has any serious issues. I greatly appreciated the heads up as repair costs can skyrocket. By listening to me say a random thing about what my car was doing, they potentially helped me save thousands of dollars!

Price for the yearly front end alignment is reasonable, the quality of the work isn't. Found loose steering stabilizer bolts after driving the vehicle

The total price I was given online was slightly different from the price I received in the store. The total price of the 4 tires was different and the price of the road hazard was different. When this happens, I often wonder if I'm really getting the best price that I can. I complained about this and the manager gave me a discount, but I would rather the pricing online match what I get at the store. That gives the consumer more confidence in my opinion.
