We were 300 miles from home when we discovered a nail in the back right tire which had created a slow leak. Though I had never heard of NTB, we chose to go there over the nearby Firestone because Firestone service is lame and I don’t trust them. Nick, the NTB store manager, assured me we’d be taken care of in 35-40 minutes.40 minutes later we were back on the road allowing us to be on time for the event we had been traveling to. Though I hope not to have tire problems again in Murfreesboro, I at least know I have a reliable place to go. Thank you.
