I dropped in to have a low tire alert checked. No appointments were available, but I was worked in quickly and the tire was patched.

David, the manager, was able to work me in, without having an appointment, as my check engine light came on and the truck was idling rough

Every time I have used NTB, the associates have been friendly and helpful. Mostly I never feel like they are trying to con me or oversell what I don't really need.

If your a business and you set appointments, then you need to keep those appointments priority over walkins. Almost was bypassed by a walk in while setting with an appointment. Had to point this out to the guy to get something done

The time it took and the communication and the service was wonderful.

Shop did alignment 2 times with the steering wheel being crooked both times

Xavier was very nice and professional.

The female service adviser does not appear to be very knowledgeable about what she is doing. She was very rude and argumentative about the whole process. We will NEVER take another vehicle there for ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!
