I loved how easy it was to book my appointment online. The individual never actually told me a price before he took my car, but he said he would look for a coupon for me. He was also transparent about the fact that I could wait to have my tires rotated.

I thought George explained my issue very well. He had a friendly manner.

I was greeted in a professional way. My questions were answered. I was treated with respect as a valued customer. The technician and manager was pleasant and took care of my car and kept me updated on the progress

The technician was help full in identifying and explain the problem, and completed the work on time.

The price for the synthetic oil change, time it took, and disposition of the two employees I encountered was excellent, and worthy of repeated business. What I don't understand is how employees, working on New Year's Day, don't get paid more. The employees didn't offer this information, I asked.

George, the associate at the desk when I checked in and the person who helped out with my service, was very friendly and approachable. He was very knowledgeable to the questions I asked him and took the time to perform detailed work. He should be recognized for his great customer service and ability to manage the front of the business as well as to perform the service. Multiple times during my visit I saw him multitasking and handling customer interactions with patience and a great attitude.
