It s*cked I dropped off my wheel and tire for my trailer to have a new tire installed on it they tell me it's going to be 11/2 to 2 hours this is at 6:15 so I told them I would just pick it up the next day at 8:45 I get a call and said they were closing for next 3 days and they were closing in 15 minutes I'm in Dallas no way to go back and pick it up right then go in Monday to pick it up paid and left they say nothing next afternoon they call me and say I need to come back they gave me

Squeezed me in with no appointment

Wont be back, took way too long, charged me one than coupon price, not impressed!

I have used NTB twice in the past 9 months. Once to replace a battery for my Mercedes that no one had in stock or could get in quickly. Yall were able to get it and install it a the same day! This visit was for a tire replacement. Discount Tire would have taken up to 4 days to get the one I needed, but yall had it and were able to replace it within 45 minutes. Shout out to Lloyd, he has helped me both times I have come in and he is FABULOUS. He is friendly, helpful and makes car issues much easier to deal with.

came in with nail in tire. fixed in 30 min. great people, showed me nail, bubble test, etc. great experience. i am from out of town and really aporeciated them getting me on the road so quick before rush hour
