Quick service - I booked appointment online - easy transaction. 4 stars instead of 5 because they didn't adjust tire pressure (even though they always punch it into their computer that they did), and the self-serve Keurig coffee machine isn't very useful when there are no coffee cups.

was told there was a problem with my lower control arms but it turned out to be the steering gear power steering rack and pion that I was told was fine but really wasn't I almost want to sue this set me back so badly and i use my car for uber so its my job and I believe the company was trying to sabotage my vehicle and I also have a daughter so it was hard getting around with her in the car I feel completely disrespected as a customer very bad experience for my first dealer ship car dissappoint

Gary Don and his staff go out of their way to accommodate their customers' needs. On many occasions, as well as this one, they have exceeded the typical service levels. I had a particular concern, and they made all efforts to accommodate my needs without making me feel (as some do) that I was being unreasonable or a burden. They truly made me feel valued.
