Jose Zapata at the Highland Village, TX, location helped my wife and I with pricing tires for a 2009 Wrangler and 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. After some quick online shopping, we called to schedule purchase and install the next day. Communication and service were exceptional, as always.

I was really in a bind & Jose was able to get me in & out in no time, so fast. He was super busy but still found time to work my job in because he kept a close eye on his schedule & seemed to really have a good system I'm place for monitoring what was happening at all times. He made it look effortless & was so pleasant to deal with. He also made sure not to overbook his staff and was honest with people walking in about expectations. I give him so much credit for being so pleasant under pressure. He must also have a great staff in the garage too because they were really get jobs done quickly, which couldn't be easy on such a brutally hot Texas day. Thank you ALL Flower Mound NTB!

Awesome as usually. I love going here talking with Mike and the guys. They explain throughly about any problem or issues with your vehicle. Theres no pressure to do anything if you dont want to fix anything extra. Your always greeted at the door with a smile.
