Rodney was so nice and kept me informed about my car.

My experience with the sales representative was great. What I do not understand is the so called warranties these tires have. There is always some excuse as to why the warranty does not apply. For one tire that had the wires coming out on the side of the tire cost me $100.00 with warranty. How is that? This just does not make sense.

I am not sure if there's going to be enough words to convey how happy I am with the service I obtained at the Pasadena - Fairmont location. Bonnie was super friendly and welcoming into the location with the addition of the store manager Rodney coming in for additional service. They knew why I was there along with asking if there's anything else they could check. After checking my vehicle, Rodney was clear about what needed to happen and showed photos of the problem areas for me to review. He was very transparent about timing and pricing while making sure I had enough time to get everything done. I really appreciated his attentiveness in making sure I was ok with the repairs. The check-out process was super easy - Danny Munoz was friendly in wrapping up my experience at the location. As someone who isn't necessarily well versed in car repairs and maintenance, every single individual here made me feel comfortable and communicative about what needed to be done. I would highly recommend my experience and hope that these individuals are given much-deserved recognition.

NTB has always been my go-to spot for oil changes. They're slow and don't always do the free services that I ask for.
