The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. They explained the possibilities and explained my options. Since it was an emergency repair, I was unable to preset an appointment and the gladly worked it into their busy schedule. I was surprised, they called me rather quickly to share that the repair was complete and I could pick up my vehicle when convenient.

The service was good but it took way too long. I had an appointment and it still took over an hour just for an oil change and tire rotation.

The service rep that worked with me was extremely competent and described all the procedures and what I could expect and followed thru on all his commitments. No would could have done any better. Thanks NTB

"I made an appointment as I had flat repair warranty on my tire I had purchased from this location a few months ago. I was assured my vehicles flat tire would be repaired by 3:00, and I had my vehicle towed to the store around 10:00 a.m. I explained before I had it towed there that I had a handicapped child with a late afternoon doctor appt. And the vehicle was the only one available capable of transporting her wheel chair. I arrived to pick up the vehicle at 2:40, and no work had even been started. A very rude customer service rep named Richard said they had been too busy. He then said he could get it taken care of by 3:30. I explained that it was the very latest or I would have to cancel my child's appointment and would be charged a fee at the doctors. I left for a few minutes and returned about 3:15 and the vehicle was still sitting untouched in the parking lot. I was very concerned that I now was going to have to cancel the appointment, which my child really needed, plus I would be charged a cancellation fee. I was only able to reschedule the appointment for November. The rep Richard was again very rude and said that he wasn't the one in the a.m. Who promised the work on time, and he would get Felipe, and he walked off. A little while later Felipe came out and he did apologize and said that Richard had failed to read his note about getting the work done. I have dealt with Felipe in the past with no problems, but in the future I will not use the store on days that Richard is working. He was rude and never apologized nor did he get what he said he would do done on time."

quick service and helpfull people

Not on top of their customer service. I took a flat in on day 1 in the morning. did not get it repaired and back until day 2, 24hours later when it was promised within 2 hours. never got a phone call from them I had to call twice.

Lyle, the associate who took my order was excellent. Knew the sale I was interested in and helped me decide on which tires I wanted to purchase. Then he offered a service that was absolutely invaluable to me. He came and got my car and took it in and then in about 3 hours returned my car to me complete with my 4 new tires. I'm a widow, with 0 car knowledge and I basically only drive locally in Lago Vista where I live. I avoid where possible getting onto 1431 highway since I am also 87 years old and have grown cautious in my old age. I have used NTB in the past and have always had courteous and friendly service. Your associates. always go above and beyond. Thanks for a great purchase experience. Peggy Gibson

Came in as a walk in patch today, Parker (I hope that was his name) was very helpful even though it looked like he was by himself today.
