The guys here at this NTB know how to do an alignment. Plain and simple. I’ve brought my truck here two times now for an alignment as well as another vehicle I’ve owned and I’ve never left with a pull, or a crooked steering wheel. Every other place I’ve been to for an alignment usually has to do it 2 or 3 more times to make it right. Highly recommend. Also a great price

This store has an outstanding Manager, Matt Zellars. He is efficient, friendly and well organized. When I experienced an issue with a rusted wheel stud that had not been initially noted, he resolved the problem in a completely fair and satisfactory manner. In the many years I have done business with NTB, Zellars is the best manager that I have encountered. Commendations to him and his staff.

Had a 3 o'clock appointment and did not make it in till 3:45 and they still were able to take care of my needs in great timely manner.

Even though Matthew did everything he possibly could for me when I went to check out even though I have a cash amount on my card that I could use I was denied. I have an NTV card I make my payment. I’m not late and it wouldn’t let me pay so I had to pay with another card. Why have an NTB card if you’re not gonna be able to use it that’s why I’m so dissatisfied not by the end TV station I was at or not buy any of the NTB employees for the products but by the fact that I couldn’t use my dedicated NTB card.
