Everything is a breeze with this NTB. The scheduling is easy, turn around is fast and the staff are super nice. I was with Sears for MANY years. Now I can’t see going anywhere else.

Take longer than unusual. Was on time for my appointment but wasn't even assisted for almost 20 minutes and something that was supposed to take 15 to 20 to preform ended up taking over 2 hours. I will be going some where next time.

I was greeted at the time of my appointment. The associate was courteous, friendly and professional. My car was promptly taken into the service bay and diagnosed. The repair was completed in a timely manner
