The service was amazing everyone knew what they were talking about and I felt like they were very honest with me. I felt comfortable waiting there for my car to get finished

As a regular NTB customer it is nice to recognize the staff and to have them recognize me. I have a small fleet of family vehicles and often depend on NTB for my maintenance needs. I appreciate their convenient hours and ability to work with me for after hours pick up and drop off, and they do a good job working on my vehicles.

We had a warranty on a tire that we found out had a puncture, the associate helped us out with finding a proper replacement.

the overall experience was great. The service manager who helped me made the experience very easy. His name was Chris and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning here in the future and will recommend this place and this service manager to all my friends and family.
