Good experience

I called previous to my visit and was told that I would have a low wait time. I was attended and was told I would have about a 30 minute wait for the service. In actuality the service only took 15 minutes, including a tire rotation. Because I was a previous customer and this was a nail repair I was explained that my service was free of charge. I very much appreciate NTB looking after their customers and giving back with this type of care. My positive experiences at this location are what has kept me coming back.

I've always been more than happy with the quality of service I recieve from David and his crew. I send my family and friends there!

The scheduled me immediately on a Sunday afternoon. The vehicle was delivered in the time frame expected and the repair was done correctly. In addition, the price was fair for the repair and the mechanics checked out a few other items that may have been issues.

The weekend before Christmas is not a good time to find a nail in your tire - well, there is probably never a good time, but this was especially bad timing. After a call to the location, I came in - without making an appointment - was seen promptly and - voila! Tire repaired. Very pleased.

I will definitely return to this location for future service. Joe was extremely helpful and made what could have been a stressful situation enjoyable!!!
