NTB-National Tire & Battery

They were supposed to rotate the tires, told me they did but they didn't. Employees kept me standing there for awhile while they talked to each other. My electric driver seat no longer slid up and back electronically, and I have a brand new car. It was fine before I brought it in there. I found a nut in between my driver's seat and back rest. The previous time I took my car there they put in the wrong oil. I caught it so they had to drain it all and do it again. Not happy with them.

Everything went smoothly. Communication was great. They did a great job.

good oil change car running great

They put the wrong oil in my car. A dealer told me to go back and have it drained and done right. This is the second time they've done this. Also no one is ever at the front counter when I go. I have to hunt someone down. They have no sense of urgency or concern about the customer. I wont be going back!

The server me with the utmost respect and care, they finished their work in a timely manner and sent me off with no problems!

I had my tires replaced here. No brake service done. They really sucked, over torqued my lug nuts and ruined my VW lock nut key. I couldn't get the wheel off when I did my suspension service I had to waste time bringing it back and had them remove them for me making sure to properly torque my lug nuts without overdoing it. They did the same to my other car. Their HQ is responsive and offered to cover my expenses but I just don't want to have to deal with things like this during tire work.

Ivee was incredibly attentive to all customers coming in and calling it, and very respectful (it was a busy day at this location). He was honest when describing that my valve stem problem might not have been fixable at the time, but that the team would take a look. Surprisingly, they were able to fix the problem without ordering anoter part and saving me both time and money.

Excellent customer service (e.g., friendly, attentive) and very fast service (putting on new tire took maybe 15-20 minutes).

The process went as expected.
