Ras is the best sales person,really happy with ntb service

The NTB on 7759 SUDLEY RD. MANASSAS, VA is the best one I've been to since the early 2000s when it was called Merchants. The reason is the manager and the staff. The shop isn't the prettiest, but the manager is very courteous and provides excellent customer service.

Manassas location is on point! Great, speedy, friendly service. I will recommend to all my friends to go here for all their mechanical needs! Very well ran! Management does an amazing job at this location. Hawraz was amazing!

The service was very good. I had made an appointment, they took my vehicle soon after I arrived and the service was completed within an hour.

Mr Syan helped me decided what I needed and didn’t try to seek me stuff I didn’t need. He was super open and friendly, I felt wanted as a customer and I really enjoyed it.

The team was extremely friendly, efficient and professional. They kept me informed while I was in the waiting room, and the timely service was great. Pricing was as depicted on the website when I placed the reservation/order. Happy crew too!
