Tire rotation took a full hour even though I had an appointment. Then they did not adjust the tire pressure (requires 60psi front and 80psi rear).

Marlin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to me and set expectations. I sat in the lounge and waited for my vehicle -- enjoyed TV and a cup of Coffee. Great job, Marlin and the Team!

The service was absolutely amazing đź‘Ź. Very welcoming employees and remarkable explanations on the products and how to go about it. Also gave me different reasons on the pros and cons of the tires I was buying.

Never felt like I was being pressured to purchase anything unnecessarily. Felt like I could trust the customer service rep here. my husband and I both noticed this when we made our first visit to set up an appointment. The entire experience was fast, easy and reliable. This is the only place we will now take our cars.
