I was very pleased with the pricing and the ease of scheduling my appointment, especially the same day option. 3 out of 4 tires were ready for my vehicle so I chose to wait while they acquired the fourth. While this took some additional time, the store stayed open past closing and finished the job. I was pleasantly surprised when they discounted my total cost because of the error on the tires. I was very pleased overall and will be happy to return.

With the company that has a good repetition the price I got and the waiting area way worth any other shop cheaper location

Always like Merchant's and NTB , very good service, like their online appointment system. Reasonable service charges and also have coupons

Work is always done in a timely manner. The NTB system was down but the employees were still able to accommodate everyone.

Was okay. Tires were supposed to be rebalanced but didn't see any new weights, so maybe they were all still in balance, but no one really have a report.
