I was satisfied because my car was fixed. And they discovered a nail in another tire and patched it. That was good because Im sure that one would have been flat sooner or later.

Great experience..rep was very knowledgeable about the tires and assisted in my decision. I made an appointment and they took me in on time and were totally done in 90 mins like they said. Very reliable anx professional.

The King Street location did not open at 8am as posted on website and signage. Called the Jefferson Davis Highway location and was apologized to for delay and advised I could come right over for service. I appreciate Matthew’s customer care and diligence to take care of me.

Excellent service. Car was ready exactly when promised. I walked through the door at the scheduled time, the car was pulled up, my keys were handed to me, and I was out the door within a few minutes. Excellent. Alignment was just off a little bit, but given I have the alignment package, I keep it perfect...
