BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE LONG WAIT TIME AND I HAD A APPOINTMENT AT 11 THEY DID NOT GET TO MY CAR UNTIL 1230 STILL HAD TO WAIT MY CAR WAS NOT FINISHED UNTIL 1:20.

When i came for my appointment i was seen and taken care of right away with professionalism and care make you feel youre getting serviced by a friend shop Mr. Chavis not a chain.

They broke a stud on my wheel, wanted me to pay for it, I said nope! Did not replace valve stem covers. Told me he was looking for something wrong, that statement alone told me I would not go back to that store ever! Took 3 hours to rotate and align, I don't think even aligned it at all, steering wheel still not centered! And no paper work to show what they did. Totally unsatisfied. May even cancel my account with them!

Only completed half of the work that I paid for, then they gave me the runaround about getting the rest of the work done. Nev e again..
