Prompt, friendly service. I trust advice of service technicians, never feel as if I am treated differently than a man.

The staff was informative.

Just took a while for the oil change and tire rotation but not too bad. They were very polite. It says wash/detail but there was none. I was not charged for that either.

Because Mike who welcomed me in was very professional and personal at the same time. He was very knowledgeable on the product he had in stock and made sure I was satisfied with my tires.

Mike Chavis was super helpful. The computer systems were down but Mike put my mind at ease that my vehicle would be taken care of. Even though it took an extra day, knowing Mike was taking care of my car was very reassuring. I have never had better service than the service I received at NTB by Mike Chavis. He explained the computer issue but he didn't let that stop him from being kind and patient with me. I will 100% be returning to NTB for my cars service needs.

Michael was professional, respectful and answered my questions. He informed me post inspection that I need a suspension evaluation.

Good work, but had to wait over an hour and had an appointment. When I questioned this, they jumped on it. Not listed on this report, but tires were balanced also (hopefully).

Over tightened the oil drain plug, stripped the threads in the oil pan, did not tell anyone & over filled engine with oil! Drove car home & parked in garage. Did not move car for 3 days & discovered approx. 2 - 3 qts. of oil had drained under car on floor! Had car towed to totally different company store & had drain pan, gasket & plug replaced. Was without car for a week & had to spend additional money to clean garage floor!!! Done with NTB for good! Picked 1 star cause not allowed to pick 1!!!

I came in because i had a flat tire over the weekend and needed to replace it. I decided to go with 2 instead of just 1 because of the $25 off the set of 2. Mike told me he could get it in now and it would b about 2 hrs. And he was right on target… it was done 2 minutes shy of 2 hours😊

Went to get my tires rotated and the sensors fixed. My sensors werent synced to the correct tires. Got there to the tire shop and the couldnt fix it. Thats fine... I get the tires rotated get to my truck and one of my tires is visibly low. I personally check the pressure and it has 20lbs of air in it. Do they not check tire pressure when rotating tires? Then I found the reason for the low pressure and plugged the tire myself. It was a complete waste of time for me.
