The associates are always polite and helpful and explain everything I need to know.

The service associate was very knowledgable and professional. It was easy to schedule and I got it done the same day I scheduled.

The associates - all three that I talked to - were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. As a woman coming in alone for these services, I always feel like I could be taken advantage of because I don't know much about cars. BUT - the employees at this location are so friendly and helpful that I feel confident that I am getting honest service and no BS. I have already recommended NTB this location to several of my family members. LOVE this location and especially the friendly and helpful service people.

Down size was I waited 7-10 mins before being greeted, as it appeared to be no customers around in the lobby or waiting room.

They did what needed to be done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. They were able to get me in on short notice. As far as "being less than satisfied" with not communicating pricing, I hadn't asked about the price prior to servicing. I needed a tire patched, and they got it done for me. Perfectly happy with this place. Thank you!

Very quick at getting the job done for me

Employees went above and beyond to replace the hub cap they broke. It wasn’t necessary but they replaced it out of courtesy. Thanks!!
